Ethics Channel or Internal Information Channel (IIC)
Solutioma informs its employees, suppliers, and all individuals who maintain a working or professional relationship with the company that, in accordance with Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and fight against corruption, and with the aim of ensuring compliance with current legal regulations at all times, it has implemented an Internal Information System (IIS) regulated by the aforementioned law, demonstrating its commitment to promoting a culture based on ethical principles and values.
This IIS includes, among other aspects, an open channel of direct communication (IIC) where alleged irregularities or criminal, serious, or very serious administrative infringements, or infringements of European Union law, detected or suspected within the normal activity of the company, can be reported. In this way, Solutioma’s IIC enabled for this purpose 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, is as follows:
It is important to note that the IIC is regulated both by the aforementioned law and by the IIS Policy, the Guarantees and measures for the protection of the reporting person and the person affected by the information, and the Procedure for managing the received information, all of which are integrated within Solutioma’s IIS.
All communications made through the IIC, the data provided, and the identity of the reporting individuals will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and privacy. The IIC allows for anonymous reporting in accordance with current legal regulations.
Furthermore, the commitment to protecting the reporting person will be ensured and respected in all cases, avoiding any behavior that may result in retaliation against those who, in good faith and without falsifying information, provide any information through the IIC.
